We are sad to announce that on April 29, 2019, at the age of 83, Sherrill Elon Williams (Albemarle, North Carolina), born in Troy, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Williams and Ida Mae Greene Williams; and his former wife Jacqueline Elizabeth Morton Williams. He is survived by: his wife Helen Carpenter Williams; his children, Michael Williams (Debbie) of Albemarle, Rick Williams (Annette) of Mt. Pleasant, Doug Williams of Albemarle and Sharon Martinez (Abraham) of Raleigh; and his siblings, Leah McIntyre of Troy, Janice Glover of Denton, Joanne Leluan of Troy and Rupert Williams. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

In Lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made to Anderson Grove Baptist Church.
