She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Mauldin and Ollie Eudy Mauldin; her husband Jack Harley Faulkner; her son Chad Faulkner; and her brothers, Jerry Mauldin and Gary Mauldin.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Faulkner Perkins of Johnson City, TN, John Faulkner of Albemarle, NC and Doug Faulkner (Adina) of Fleetwood, NC.; her siblings, Bill Mauldin (Linda) of Blowing Rock, NC, Don Mauldin (Judy) of Winston Salem and Libby Rummage of Norwood, NC.; her grandchildren, Anna Perkins, Seth Faulkner, Logan Faulkner, Morgan Miller, Kyle Faulkner and Cole Faulkner; and her great grandchildren, Layla Perkins Boggs, Brody Faulkner, Elaina Anthony, Riley Anthony, Jackson Miller and Harper Miller.
