She was predeceased by: her parents, Coyte Allen Morton and Jacqueline Williams Morton; and her sister Myra Lynette Jones. She is survived by: her husband William "Joe" Morgan; her daughters, Tamara Elrod and Linda Ledbetter; her stepson Charles Morgan; her grandchildren, Ariana King, Divone Ledbetter, Anthony Huneycutt, James Huneycutt and Dalton Morgan; her great grandchildren, Aliyah King, Ezra Ledbetter, Jason Huneycutt, Kaleb Huneycutt, Arya Huneycutt, Jayden Huneycutt, Emma Huneycutt and Payton Huneycutt; and her siblings, Richard Morton and Diane Combis of Charlotte.
