He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Louis and Mary Helen Koelzer (Kaslik); and his sisters, Sue Salter and Carolyn DeLamielleure. He is survived by: his siblings, Veronica Kelhoffer of Conyers, GA and Gerald Koelzer (Carole) of Clinton Twp, MI; his mother-in-law Margaret Terry of Las Vegas, NV; and his siblings-in-law, Maureen Terry Morehead (Eric) of Gainesville, GA, Ed Terry (Chris) of Shelby Twp, MI, Rob Terry (Adrienne) of Las Vegas, NV and Jim Terry of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
He was still competing in golf tournaments up until mid-July while searching out clinical drug trials during a pandemic.
