He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry 'Dan' Hinson Diggs and Rachel Thompson Diggs; and his daughter Tonya Diggs Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Burleson Diggs; his son Eric Diggs of New London; his siblings, Lori Poplin (David) of Norwood and Danny Diggs (Vickie) of Norwood; his grandchildren, Jace Diggs, Tanner Brooks (Keely Purser) and Bryson Brooks; his great grandchild Paislee Brooks; and his son-in-law Bryon Brooks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
