It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Clay Ingram of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on July 21, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Ingram and Ida Russell Ingram; his former wife Mollie Huneycutt Ingram; his wife Daisy Hathcock Ingram; and his grandson Jimmy Arey.

He is survived by: his daughter Brenda I. Boone of Salisbury, NC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; twenty great-great grandchildren and one great-great-great grandchild.
