She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Rouse and Katie Rouse; her husband L. E. Williams; her sisters, Gail Croom and Verona Thompson; and her son David Martin Williams.
She is survived by: her brother Richard Lloyd Rouse (Deborah); her son Mark Williams (Angie); her grandchildren, Meagan Wood (Pete), Hillary Willoughby and Lyndsay Williams; and her great grandchildren, Ashton Jarman, Marybeck Sanderson and Brayden Willoughby. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
