He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, James Rowe and Lillian Novella Barlow; his wife Phyllis Guinn Barlow; his children, Ritchie Barlow (Molly) and Christie Miller (Chris); his grandchildren, Cade Miller, Jace Miller, Miles Barlow and Vada Barlow; his siblings, Sandy Skinnell (Paul) and Mike Barlow (Jennifer); his half-brother James Barlow (Rita); his siblings-in-law, Elaine Frye (Mark), Becky Stamey (Tim) and Mark Guinn (Becky); and his friend Ronnie Frye.
