He was predeceased by : his parents, Bliss Williams and Pansy Dockery Williams; his wife Peggy Roberts Williams; and his sisters, Barbara Cashion, Faye Dean Cole and Patsy Pike.

He is survived by : his daughter Sandra W. Kiser of Weaverville; his grandchildren, Missy B. Payne (Robbie) of Weaverville and Nathan Kiser (Ashley) of Erwin, TN; and his great grandchildren, Knoxx Payne and Kannon Kiser.
