He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas A. Fox and Lucy Sheppard Fox; and his brothers, Rev. Dean Fox, Tommy "Junior" Fox and Wayne Fox.
He is survived by : his wife Ann Rogers Fox; his children, Cathy Roberts (Noble) of Weaverville and Mike Fox (Kim) of Burlington, WA; his siblings, Lula Mae Hawkins, Arlis Fox (Jean), Charles Fox (Carolyn) and Leroy Fox (Shirley); his grandchildren, Brian Roberts, Deanna Revis (Bobby), Brent Roberts (Tammy) and Kevin Fox; and his stepgranddaughters, Jessica of Eddie, D. J. and Heather Mitchell. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
