She was predeceased by : her husband S. G. Whorton; her sons, Gary Whorton of Bayboro, Larry Whorton of Arapahoe and Kevin Whorton of Florence; and her granddaughter Annette Whorton of Bayboro.
She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Mary Helen "Duck" Whorton of Arapahoe. She is also survived by five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
