She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Clark and Agnes Voncile Clark; her husband Dallas Hazelett; and her siblings, Norman Clark, Patricia Price and Sue Reeves.
She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Hazelett (Tammy) of Old Town, FL, Dwight Hazelett of Almond, NC and James Hazelett (Cindy) of Apopka, FL; her sisters, Maxine Sanders and Laverne Grek; and her grandchildren, Celena Frazier, Crystal Hansen, Rachel Wall, Bryan Hazelett, Stephanie Knowles and Joann Hartman. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Townson - Smith Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
