He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kathy Harmon of Jacksonville and Charles Marvin McTaggart; his wife Cindy McTaggart; his sons, Matthew McTaggart of Andrews and Nick McTaggart of Andrews; his stepdaughter Ericka Wallace of Andrews; his brother Jeff McTaggart of Andrews; and his grandson Liam McTaggart.
