She was predeceased by: her parents, Eunice Estelle Hinesley Burks and William Oscar Burks; and her husband James Robert White. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth LeDuke of Andrews, NC and John White of Asheville, NC; and her niece Dawn Strong of Dallas. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
