He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Higgins, Joyce Higgins, Telfair Smith and Inez Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Danny Higgins and Sue Higgins of Angier; and his fiancé Beth Hixenbaugh of Smithfield. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
