She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Chlebus and Anna Refka Chlebus; her children, Dianne C. Roscoe (Ed) of Howland and Andrew A. Ruschak (Cathy) of Angier, NC; her grandchildren, Thomas Ruschak, Matthew Roscoe (Lauren) and Carrie Trebus (Josh); her great grandchildren, Bryson Trebus, Ava Trebus and Kate Roscoe; and her siblings, George Chlebus, Joey Chlebus, Ann Schuley, Rose Ballotta, Mary Kremin, Julia Benyi and Veronica Arnoto. She was also cherished by husband, Helen was preceded in death by three siblings.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions take the form of donations in Helen's name to the Heritage Fund of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, 2532 Burton St. SE, Warren, Ohio 44484.
