He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallie Rouse and Nancy Rouse of Wallace, NC. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Sumner Rouse; his sons, Donald Wayne Rouse (Sue) of Raleigh, Robert Lloyd Rouse (Vangie) of Raleigh and Richard Boyd Rouse (Sandra) of Angier; and his grandchildren, Kelcey Hartley (Justin), Karsen Ketrow, Michael Rouse (Kate), Brian Rouse (Kara), James Rouse (Betsy), Susan Taylor (Nick), Kyle Rouse (Heather), Jennifer Rouse and Lindsay Sugg (Matt). He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
