He was predeceased by: his brothers, Harlan Ray Powell and Brian Scott Powell. He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Wright Powell, Jr. and Mary Lucille Walker Powell; his wife Mary Powell; his daughters, Haley Elizabeth Powell and Lauren Ashley Powell; and his pets, Ziva, Holly, Daisy and Bella.
