He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nell Young Partin and Wilbur Partin; his wife Debbie Partin; his son Steven B. Partin (Tara Partin) of Angier; his sisters, Jean Melton and Jane Warren of Garner; and his friend Dennis Duke. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; five nieces and two nephews.
