He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Max Denning, Sr. and Betty Stephenson Denning. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Matthews Denning; his son Matthew Denning (Lisa) of Angier; his siblings, Amanda Marshall (Lee) of Angier and Gary W. Denning (Julie L. Vaughan) of Harkers Island; and his grandchildren, Caleb Denning and Emily Denning.
