We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2021, at the age of 78, Betty Simpson Pate of Ansonville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Monroe Talmadge Simpson and Virginia Ponds Simpson; her husband Zebulon Vance Pate, Jr.; and her sister Ruby Moore. She is survived by : her daughter Amanda; her son-in-law Shane Drake of Ansonville; her granddaughters, Corinne, Chloe and Caroline; her brother Monroe; and her siblings-in-law, Lou Simpson of Ansonville, Tommy and Linda Pate of Lilesville. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
