She is survived by : her husband Hampton Burdell Bucklew; her children, Hampton Bucklew of Ansonville, Charlotte Bucklew of Lilesvile and Angela "Angie" Baucom (Daniel) of Warren, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kayla Jones, Marvin Devaney, Autumn Devaney, Amanda Prouty and Faith Wallace; her great grandchildren, Jaxson Peale, Christopher Wallace and Charles Prouty; and her sister Jonna Cambridge of Campbell, Ohio..

In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made in Sue's name to Deep Creek Baptist Church, 1280 Beck Road, Wadesboro, NC 28170.
