He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parent Ishamal Byrd James; his son Timothy Duncan; his siblings, Teresa Pullins and Darryl Byrd; his wife Sheila Leak Duncan; his mother Edna Duncan Gordon of High Point, NC; his children, Xavier Duncan, Ashley Duncan of Columbus, OH, Keisha Duncan of Winston Salem, NC, Jasmine Diggs of Greensboro, NC and Sonya Duncan of Anson County, NC; his stepdaughter Rinika Pittman (Ellis) of Hamlet, NC; and his siblings, Anita Crosby (Walter) of High Point, NC, Ladonna Cobb (Maurice) of High Point, NC, Yolanda Anukwuem of Greensboro, NC, Michael Byrd (Kimry) of Greensboro, NC and Jeffrey Byrd (Tammy) of Atlanta, GA. He was also cherished by four brothers-in-law; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
