She was predeceased by : her parents, William Luther Watkins and Vinnie Watkins; her husbands, Elkin Hyatt and Hoyle Biles; her son Jimmy Ray; her daughter-in-law Arelene Hyatt; her grandchildren, Nicholas Biles, Jennifer Hyatt and Tammatha Pope; and her siblings, Ida Pope, Ted Watkins, Ray Watkins, W. L. "Dub" Watkins, Marian Kearns and Rudene Beverly.

She is survived by : her children, Ruth Ann Pope (Frank) of Ansonville and Danny Biles (Carol) of Ansonville; her grandsons, Brent Pope (Jennifer) and Tracy Pope; her great grandchildren, Lofton, Lani and Levi; and her sister Star Adams of Polkton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Anson Community Hospice and Richmond County Hospice, 1119 US-1, Rockingham, NC 28379.
