She was predeceased by : her father John Larkin Smith Jr.; her husband C. Garry Edwards; her grandparents, Thomas Horton, Catherine Horton, Larkin Smith Sr. and Hazel Smith; and her pet Chopper.

She is survived by : her significant other Bruno; her pet Bruno; her mother Dale Horton; her sister Sandy Harris (Donnie); her niece Brittany Harris; her stepdaughters, Cindy Tant and Kelli Bell; and her stepgrandchildren, Hannah Tant, Christopher Tant, Cheyanne Bell, Kaitlyn Bell and Mason Bell.
