He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Everitt Auchmoody; his brother Alan Auchmoody; his grandparents, Lucille, Red Everitt, Dale and Millie Auchmoody; his aunts, Joyce Goodrich and Beverly Perison; and his uncle Watson Goodrich.

He is survived by: his father Al Auchmoody; his aunt Dayle Raymond; and his cousins, Jeanette (John), Dee and Janice.

Memorials may be made to the SPCA of Wake County.
