He is survived by : his wife Lisa Babcock Lassiter; his children, Jennifer Marie Bochert (Jason), Christopher Morgan Delancy (Lori), Jeffrey Todd Lassiter (Rebecca) and Stephen Sammuel Lassiter (Emelia LaFortune); his sisters, Patsy Manley (Naston) and Paula Gallagher (Matt); and his grandchildren, Morgan Delancy, Gage Delancy, McKnight Lassiter, Miles Bochert, Iris Lassiter, Grace Bochert, Everett LaFortune Lassiter and Brooks LaFortune Lassiter.
