It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Ostrouch Dittfield (Apex, North Carolina), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on May 6, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Ostrouch and Genevieve Ostrouch; her husband Robert Edward Dittfield; her siblings, Felix Ostrouch, Celia Dlugolecki, Sophie Szczesny and Agnes Klossner; and her granddaughter Jennifer Lee Madden.
She is survived by: her sisters, Helen Wagner and Mary Baranowski; her children, Paula Leona Brown, Donald Timothy Dittfield of Frankfort, NY, Ginny Dudek (Ed) of Durham, NC, Dennis Robert Dittfield (Vicky Lee) and Anne-Marie Cotton; and her grandsons, Jason Paul Brown (Jennifer) of Holly Springs, NC and Steven Patrick Brown (Ali) of Holly Springs, NC.. She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
