It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Goad of Archdale, North Carolina, born in Thomasville, North Carolina, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James Fletcher Hix; and her husband Frederick "Freddie" W. Goad. She is survived by: her mother Rae Nell Rickard Hix of Jamestown; her son Chris Martin (Julie) of High Point; her granddaughters, Erica Billings (Dallas) of Winston-Salem and Megan Martin of High Point; her siblings, Donna Hix of Jamestown and Keith Hix (Joan) of Trinity; and her siblings' children, Angela Foster (Derek) and Justin Hix (Molly). She is also survived by six great-nieces and nephews.
