She was predeceased by: her parents, James Archie Holmes and Lela Driggers Holmes; her former husband Earl Leon Williams; and her children, Earl Leon Williams, Jr., Brian Leon Williams and Misty Renee Williams.

She is survived by: her husband James Ray Oxendine; and her daughter Patty Faircloth of Archdale. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
