With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys Davis (Archdale, North Carolina), born in High Point, North Carolina, who passed away on November 28, 2019 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Talmadge and Arcadia Lamb Moffitt; her husband Thomas Reid Davis; and her brother Leon M. Moffitt, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Davis (Delores) of High Point and Dwight Davis (June) of Trinity; and her grandchildren, Christopher Davis of San Antonio, Texas, Danielle Davis Brawley (David) of Denver, Colorado, Duncan Davis (Tricia) of Thomasville and Jason Davis of Lexington. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
