He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Monroe and Irene Monroe; his mother-in-law Mary Jo Morrow Webb; and his brother-in-law Terry Pitt. He is survived by: his wife Angela Webb Monroe of Archdale; and his sisters, Laura Monroe of Trinity and Denni Pitt of Sophia.
