He was predeceased by: his parents, Hungarian Toth and Teresa Praymayer Toth. He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his sons, Brent Toth and Brian Toth (Courtney); his grandchildren, Emma, Will and Ethan Toth; his sister Margaret Marks (Jack); and his siblings-in-law, Keith Nelson and Beverly Nelson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cumby Family Funeral Service - Archdale (206 Trindale Rd, Archdale, NC 27263). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Poplar Ridge Friends Church (3673 Hoover Hill Rd, Trinity, NC 27370).
