She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Harold Boyett, Sr. and Dollie Mae Bull Kurtz; her husband Wilkie Lee Coleman; her siblings, Delia Mae Kurtz and Jimmy Lee Boyett; and her granddaughters, Nichole Lewis and Ashley Coleman.

She is survived by: her children, Marsha Padgett, Cheryl Phelps (Legrand), Rita Lewis (Jeff McDonald) and John Coleman (Amy); and her siblings, Rose Ann Kurtz, Wynona Lynn Kurtz, Frank Harold Boyett, Jr., Edward Carl Kurtz and Benjamin Russell Kurtz. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
