He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Zidek and Wilda Zidek; and his brother William "Michael" Zidek. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Zidek; his children, Zachary Adam Zidek, Andrew Steven Zidek and Sophie Katherine Hicks; his sister MaryAnn Helpern; and his grandchildren, Tobias Adam Zidek and Brielle Caroline Zidek.
