He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hinshaw and Mary Gray Hinshaw; his son Terry "Chad" Hinshaw; his nephew Jan "Gray" Hinshaw Jr.; and his brother Jan Gray Hinshaw Sr..
He is survived by: his daughter Terra Hinshaw Benfield (Nicholas) of Archdale, NC; his grandchildren, Stoney Baker (Makayla) and Tessa Baker; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Eden and Ezra Baker; and his niece Marla Hinshaw Harwell.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Cedar Square Friends Meeting (7546 Harlow Rd, Archdale, NC 27263). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cedar Square Friends Meeting, Archdale, NC.
