She is survived by: her mother Mary Frances Crabtree Lewis; her husband Sam; her children, Jeromy (Robin) and Heather (Dustin); her grandchildren, Carson, Eli, Natalie, Michael, Steven, Will, Travis, Marco and Martin; and her brothers, Darrell and Jeffrey Lewis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many cousins.
