He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Ann Fields and Mike Scott; his brothers, Caleb, R. J., Mason and Logan; his grandparents, Rita Routh Johnson, Todd Johnson, Mike and Jan Fields; his great-grandparents, Rosina Routh and Ivalou Fields; and his uncles, Ethan Fields and Tony Price.
