He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Culpepper and Ardith Lavon Pixley Culpepper; and his brother James A. Culpepper. He is survived by: his children, Nisa Gibbons (Randy) of Florida and Ryan Culpepper of Florida; his sisters, Cindy C. Lanning (Bobby) of Greensboro and Lavonda "Vonnie" C. Housand of Colorado; his grandchildren, Jonathan Culpepper (Jasmyn), Kimberly Alevis Culpepper, Courtney Culpepper, Matthew Culpepper, Chloe Snyder, Kylee Culpepper, Caitlin Gibbons and Justin Gibbons; and his great grandchild Alina Culpepper.
