He was predeceased by: his father William Charles Parker; and his siblings, Jeffrey B. Parker and Patty Silver. He is survived by: his mother Doris Jones Parker; and his siblings, Susan Merrill (Don) of Asheville, William Gary "Bill" Parker (Shirley) of Asheville and Phillip Bryan Parker (Kathy Willetts) of Asheville.
