With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bjorn Sverre Johannessen of Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on April 11, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Georg Johannessen and Dagmar Johannessen; his wife Anne Marie; and his daughters, Reidun Lee and Andrea Johannessen.
He is survived by: his son Robby (Carolyn) of Asheville; his son-in-law Jeff Lee of Florida; his grandchildren, Amanda Weller (Damian), Jessica Crooks (Logan) of Asheville and Henry Lee (Jennifer) of Florida; his great grandchildren, Zachary Lee and Nora Crooks; and his friend Bjorn.
