He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel Huerta and Maria Azoncion Lara Perez; and his sister Irma Huerta. He is survived by : his wife Rosa Maria Huerta Guzmán; and his children, Julio Cesar Huerta of Hendersonville, Sandra Liliana Huerta of Inman, Claudia Iveth Huerta (Cristino Moreno Lerma) of Hendersonville, Perla Elizabeth Huerta (Donald Diaz), Carlos Alberto Huerta of Hendersonville and David Huerta (Sara Huerta). He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren and his four sisters, and his five brothers.
