We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2025, at the age of 77, Donna Jean Jones Cravener (Asheville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Donald (Dorothy Jones) and Donna; her sister Judy Williams; and her grandson Justin Cravener. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mazelyn Cravener, Caitlyn Cravener and Brooke McCarthy; her husband Bruce Cravener; her children, Megan L. Cravener (Richard Smith) and Jonathan Cravener (Karen Davidson); and her grandchildren, Mazelyn A. Cravener, Caitlyn J. Cravener and Brooke D. McCarthy (Kyle McCarthy).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Groce Funeral Home - Patton Ave. (1401 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28806). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (962 Old Hwy 70 E, Black Mountain, NC 28711).
