She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry I Moore Jr and Grace Hawkins Thompson Moore; and her sisters, Grace T Moore and Meta King Moore Melchior. She is survived by: her brothers, Larry I Moore III of Greensboro and Craige R Moore of Wilson; her nieces and nephews, Hannah Moore Harrison (Steve) of Charlotte, Meta Moore Daniel of Orlando, August Melchior (Danielle), Frank Melchior of Raleigh, Reuben Moore (Nicole) of Durham and Winston Moore of Austin; her brother-in-law August; and her friends, Joanne Fridley, Chris Justice of Charlottesville, Kasse Andrews-Weller of Washington, DC and Jennifer Wiggins Moore of Durham.
