She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stuart Braden and Millicent Bristow Braden; and her brother John Stuart Braden, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Laurence; her children, Tiffany Williams (Antar) of Tallahassee, FL, Laurence Jr. (Erika) of Hendersonville, NC and Douglas (Julia) of Atlanta, GA; and her grandchildren, Dakota, Summer, Andres, Lauren, Alex, Javier, Vivian, Claudia and Evelyn. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Groce United Methodist Church (954 Tunnel Rd, Asheville, NC 28805).
