He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Louis Ballew and Emma Lou Hensley Ballew; and his stepson Joshua Buckner. He is survived by: his close friend Annette Buckner; his sons, Kyle Ballew, Jacob Ballew (Crystal), Elijah Ballew and Noah Buckner (Emily); his grandchildren, Harley, Jace, Sawyer, Scotlynn and Mayleigh; and his siblings, Barbara Swann, Robert Ballew (Flo) and Richard "Bud" Ballew. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and cherished friends.
