He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Carver Sr. and Pamela Beeman Carver. He is survived by: his siblings, Amber Downs (William), Billy Carver Jr. (Irma), Chris Carver (Jennifer) and Josh Carver (Michelle); his grandmother Geneva Beeman; and his close friend Kristin Knapp. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
