She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Williams and Elsie Williams; her brother Royce Williams; and her former husband John Chung-Liang I.. She is survived by: her sisters, Vanetta Habeger and Joy Milham; her sister-in-law Lauri Coppotelli; her daughters, Vicki Flippin and Heather Williams; her son-in-law Thomas Flippin; and her granddaughter Nia Flippin.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Brooks-Howell Chapel (266 Merrimon Ave, Asheville, NC 28801).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites memorial donations to Brooks-Howell Home or your local chapter of United Women in Faith.
