It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lassie Rhew (Asheville, North Carolina), born in Madison, North Carolina, who passed away on December 4, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Jessie Howard Church; her son William Thomas Rhew, III; her grandson John Timothy Reynolds, Jr.; and her children-in-law, Katie Rhew and William Sullivan.
She is survived by: her parent Hattie Mae Prayter Church; her husband William Thomas Rhew, Jr.; her children, Sheila Sullivan, Timothy Rhew (Melinda) and Jonathon Rhew (Angie); her grandchildren, Chad, Stephanie, Staci, Matthew and Garrett; and her sister Marie Stanley.
