She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Darren Eugene Hixson (Julie Russell) and Sheila Ann Rios; her siblings, Cheyenne Carney and Joseph Ray Fender; her grandparents, Mary Lou Chapman and Joseph Rios; her uncle Derrick Thrasher; her stepmother Julie Hixson (Russell); her stepbrothers, Chase Sowders and Jordan Sowders (Janeana); her stepfather Richard Fender (Dickie); and her grandparents, Jackie and John Hixson. She was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
